With more than a decade of experience in senior living operations and leadership, Jennifer brings practical, hands-on insight to the challenges owners, administrators, and care teams face every day.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has supported senior living communities through operational challenges, staff development, documentation and compliance readiness, resident care coordination, and leadership responsibilities. She understands that meaningful improvement requires more than identifying what is wrong—it requires practical solutions that can actually be implemented.
Jennifer founded Avendrae Senior Living Consulting to provide owners and leaders with experienced, solutions-focused support that strengthens operations, develops teams, and helps create sustainable improvement across senior living communities.
